Visualize the “eye gaze” of skilled workers and use it for skill transfer, education, training, and manualization.

Do you have any of the following issues?
■Unable to properly pass down craftsmanship skills to young and mid-career employees
■Education is done based on paper and orally, and there is currently no specific education method.
■The engineer’s human error cannot be reducing easily. The cause of the error cannot be identified.
■Before the skilled inspectors retire, the company would like to preserve their skills somehow, but they don’t know how.

By visualizing the skills of workers:
⇒ Able to acquire and pass on techniques with an awareness of “eye gaze”.
⇒ It is enables to provide concrete and realistic education using gaze data, not just on paper or verbally.
⇒ ”Why did that error occur?” can be visualized.
⇒ The skills of skilled inspectors can be preserved as data (videos/images).
